REFUNDS

Refunds will only be offered if the garment is deemed faulty at our discretion, and is communicated to us within 7 days of purchase.

EXCHANGES / CREDITS

If you wish to return an item due to wrong sizing or change of mind, we will happily exchange the item or provide a credit note if:

You indicate your intention to exchange/return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact designerdomainadl@outlook.com with your order details and reasoning for your return.

Returns must be received in original condition. Unworn, Unwashed, with all original tags still attached and original receipt.

Returned items that are not in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Designer Domain ADL reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in its original condition.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from its process date.

Please note we cannot guarantee we will have an alternate size available in the same style. To avoid disappointment please contact our store as soon as possible.

Original shipping costs will not be credited unless the item is faulty.

No exchanges on earrings, swimwear, under garments or sale items.
